#1 -- How much reading do you do? If you read LOTS of good books and stories, you will start to THINK in complete sentences, which will eventually translate into good writing. Ask your teachers and librarians for GOOD recommendations in what to read.
#2 -- When you finish writing a draft, read it aloud or ask someone to read it aloud to you. You should be able to HEAR the places that need correcting.
