Homework Help: Physics (vectors)

Please help me with this question about vectors. Thanks.

If you are given a graph with a vector starting at the point (1,-1)and the arrow goes to the point (0,-4). What is the vector in rectangular coordinate?

I answered (0,-3), but the coordinate for x is wrong and I can't figure it out.
