p(x) = (px^7+qx^3+rx) - 5
p(-x) = -(px^7+qx^3+rx) - 5
p(-x) + 5 = -(p(x)+5)
p(-7) + 5 = -p(7) - 5
p(-7) = 7 - 10
p(-7) = -3
