Hold it! im going to try this myself but i want someone to check if i did it right:
5.2 x 5.2 = 27.04
11 x 3= 33
You would need 3 cans of paint.
27.04 x 3 = 81.12
ok now im stuck... how do you do this part::If paint caosts $29.95 per can and there is a 12% tax. How much would it cost to paint the ceiling?
5.2 * 5.2 = 27.04 square meters
27.04 / 11 = 2.46 = 3 cans of paint
(3 * 29.95) * 1.12 = ?
OOPS oh so is this how you do it:: 29.95 x 3= 89.85x 1.12 = $100.632
i just have one question: where did the 1.12 come from?
1.12 = 112%
