Did I translate this correct?

Tengo cuatro miembros de la familia, además de mí mismo. Mi mamá Denise, mi padre Tom, mi hermano Chris que tiene 14 años y mi hermano pequeño que Brad tiene 11 años.

This is what I think it means:

I have four family members besides me. My mom Deborah, my dad Tim, my brother connor who is 14 and my little brother Brendon who is 11.

I need to use the names denise, tom, chris and brad. I only changed the names of one of the texts accidently.
