f( x ) = 4 - x

for x = 1

f ( x ) = 4 - 1 = 3

for x = 2

f ( x ) = 4 - 2 = 2

for x = 3

f ( x ) = 4 - 3 = 1

for x = 4

f ( x ) = 4 - 4 = 0
