Daniel needs to purchase 5.6 meters of tape for a project. If each roll of tape contains 80cm andcosts $2.50, what is the total cost of the tape Daniel must buy?
x=cost of tape
meters of tape/cost
5.6/x=.8/2.5
x=17.5
I have the cost is $17.50
Is this correct?
They want us to do a check for this
I am not sure how to do the check? Can you help?
Thanks
