I don't know how the Ti-30 looks but I suspect you're having trouble with the exponents. So don't use them until you learn how. In the meantime you can do this.
Punch in .01 and divide by .0165 (in the usual manner) then hit the ln key. That will give you -0.50078.
Thank you, sir. However, I stillmust be doing something wrong because I am not getting the answer. My calculator will give me an error if I do it that way. On my TI-30 I punch in 2nd button, the hit Ln, then (1.00 X 10-2 / 1.65 X 10-2) and get 1.83...
I think you need to reverse that procedure. Punch in the numbers FIRST to get 0.606, then to the ln bit.
