Homework Help: Science

A coach wants to find out the speed of the runners on a track team. Tell what simple equiptment the coach needs in order to do this and explain how it should be done. You need to know the time and distance in order to calculate speed. Think of some typical equipment used to measure each.
equipment needed: stopwatch and tape measurer?

What should be done : Place tape measurer around the track and once they start running you start the time.

Should I add anymore equipment and add more to what should be done? Or is it okay?
