For #1 What text? All it says is:
Informational articles present information, facts, and explanations of topics. Purposes for reading informational articles might be to get the latest news, to learn how to make or do something, or to learn about an unfamiliar topic. The key reading skills useful in reading informational articles are previewing, skimming and scanning, understanding text structures, and identifying main idea and supporting details.
