Well now! I had to stop on the first question, because to me inversion would have been far more common! "En qué siglo conquistaron los conquistadores..."
Look at all the rest of the questions which follow the usual pattern of "Question word + verb + subject."
In your answers, #2 is NOT a complete sentence. That would depend upon your teacher's instructions. I would never have accepted a partial sentence! The easiest way to answer a question in Spanish is to feed back most of the words from the question, along with the information . EX. La capital antigua del Perú (I prefer the article with el Peru) se llama Cuzco.
#4 Always be "en garde" for necessary accent marks. I used to suggest my students always do a "proofreading" just for accents. "conquistó" Plus, it is not usual to capitalize the adjective "azteca." Also, it's usually "Cuzco" unless it's nominalization "el Cuzco."
¡Buen trabajo! Sra
