A non normal population is determined to have a mean of 60 and a standard deviation of 4. Ninety six percent of all observed values will occur in what range?

A.52.16-67.84
B.50-60
C.48-72
D.40-80

I think A am I correct?

we know that 95.45% occur within 2 std of the mean. That would be 52-68.

We want just slightly more than that, so I'd take (A), except that (A) selects slightly less than 2 std. Hmmm?
