Homework Help: Chemistry

Posted by Kristen on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 10:28pm.

Can someone help me identify the functional groups and what the chiral carbons are? NOTE: THE LAST C HAS A DOUBLE BOND POINTED UPWARDS CONNECTED TO O. SORRY I TRIED MAKING IT AS CLEAN AS I CAN. STARTING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT THE 2ND C HAS A NH3 ATTACHED. THEN NUMBER 3 HAS A CH2-O-CH3 AND THEN THE 5TH HAS A CH3 AND AS MENTIONED BEFORE THE O ON THE 2ND TO THE LAST.

NH3 CH3 O
