hey guys need some help here!!!
if 0.250mol of CO and 0.250mol of H2O were combined in a 125mL flask and the reaction allowed to reach equilibrium . Kc= 1.56. write the equ expression and calculate each substance
Co(g) +H2O(g) .... Co2(g) +H2(g)

how to work out (x)(x)
 = 1.56
( 2x)(2x) 
............CO + H2O ==> CO2 + H2

C...........x...x.......x.....x
E...........2x..2x......x.....x
Kc = (CO2)(H2)/(CO)(H2O)
1.58 = (x)(x)/(2x)(2x)
The right side is a perfect square so take the square root of each side.
1.256 = (x)/(2x)
Solve for x
