sec T + csc T / 1+tan T

a. sin t b. cos t c. tan t d. csc t

I'm not sure what to do first to find it out.

**Reiny**, Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 9:43pm(sec T + csc T) / (1+tan T) -- notice the insertion of the necessary brackets

= (1/cosT + 1/sinT)/(1 + sinT/cosT)

= ( (sinT + cosT)/(sinTcosT) )/( (cosT+sinT)/cosT )

= cosT/(sinTcosT)

= 1/sinT

= cscT
