when 120 guests take seat in an auditorium,only 34 of the seats occupied.what is the total number of seats in the auditorium?

It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. I assume you mean unoccupied. (It would be very difficult for 120 guests to sit in 34 seats!)

120 + 34 = ?

in placs of 34 it will be 3/4 then u can solve it.

Ans. 3/4 portion is 120

so 1 portion 4x120/3

= 160
