If you mean
(x-1)/(x-3) / (1/(x^2-x-6) - 4/(x+2)) then that is
(x-1)/(x-3) / (1 - 4(x-3))/((x-3)(x+2))
(x-1)/(x-3) * (x-3)(x+2) / (13-4x)
(x-1)(x+2)/(13-4x)
