The area of a circus ring is about 1,385 square feet. What is the circumference of the ring?

A = pi * r^2
1385 = 3.14 * r^2
1385/3.14 = r^2
44.108 = r

C = pi * d
C = 3.14 * 88.2

use area of circle formula.
a=pi r^2
c=pi d
Thus, we need to plug in numbers. 1385/pi = r^2. We take the square root of that to get the radius.Then, we can double that radius and multiply by pi to get the circumference.
the formula would be 2pi sqrt1385/sqrt pi
