Homework Help: English 8R - Homework Check

Last week in class we watch this movie Stand and Deliver (I hope most of you are familiar with this movie), it's base on a true story. For homework I have pick one of the following questions she gave us and write a well developed response that fully develops my ideas and opinions. My response should be at least one written page. I'm supposed to pick one but my English teacher said that if we do more than one and type and print it, it counts as extra credit.

This is the first one. I'm going to post the second one. Please check to see if there any grammar errors and if it's good.

BTW ---- If you NEVER heard of the movie Google it and read about it on Wikipedia.

Urban Unit 2012 - Stand and Deliver Response

Did you learn anything from this movie? What was it? Write a paragraph explaining your reaction to the movie and what you learned from it. What would you have done in the same situation?

I learn a lot from the movie. I learned that you should try to challenge yourself in life and school is really important. Without education it can affect your life in many ways. Everybody needs to be able to read and write in order to make a living. People who don't have any education, not just reading and writing skills, but also math and science, will not get very far in life or in any dreams of what they want to do with their life. Education is important in the process of learning, working, and living. If I was in the same situation, I would retake the exam to prove myself that I could pass a test.

BTW --- is there any details I should add????

Looks good. I've made a couple of corrections (in boldface).

but the question said to write a paragraph..... oops I forgot one detail!!! I'm going to check it, meanwhile please reply my other post (health and english)
