3-10+9.7 = 3-10+63 = -7+63 = 56
(2+3.10)/(5.3-9) = (2+30)/(15-9) = 32/6 = 16/3
(16-10)/(5+13) = 6/18 = 1/3
when you have fractions, the numerator and denominator must be evaluated separately, then finally divided.
