Homework Help: Grammer and capitalization

Select the sentence with the correct capitalization.
A) While driving his Mercedes down Main Street, he was rear-ended by a Toyota.
B) While driving his Mercedes down Main street, he was rear-ended by a Toyota.
C) while driving his mercedes down Main Street, he was rear-ended by a Toyota.

I answered A, but have a question also is Street capitalized since it has a name before it? I believe it does just having a brain fart:) Thanks for your help
