1. What is the difference between latitude and longitude? The difference is that longitude lines run from North to South and measure the difference East or West of the Prime Meridian. However, latitude lines run from East to West and measure the distance north or south of the Equator.
2.Where is the starting point for measuring longitude? The Prime Meridian
3. Where is the Cape of Good Hope located? In the Southwestern corner of the country of South Africa
4. Does the Mississippi River flow north or south? South
5. If you were at 90 degrees W and 45 degrees N, in what state would you be located? Minnesota
