13Al = 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 2p1. Yes, it has 1 unpaired electron so it is paramagnetic.

No. All of the elements are not dimagnetic. The Al I wrote is paramagnetic.
There is no Al. Only Ar. The elements are Ar, Be, C, P.
