12. 3x + 5y - 2x + 8, Answer: 1x + 5y + 8

13. 9 + 5m + 6b - 2m - 4, Answer: 3m + 5 + 6b

14. 3ab + 6c - ab + 10 - 2c, Answer: 2ab + 4c + 10

15. 6(m+3), Answer: 6m + 18

16. 8(x-2). Answer: 8x - 16

17. -2x + 6x - 5, Answer: 4x - 5

18. 2(x+5) - x + 4, Answer: 1x + 4

19. 5x + 6(2x - 3), Answer: 17x - 18
