A wireless phone company charges a monthly fee of $39.99 plus $0.49 per minute for usage that exceeds the included minutes. Write an equation for the monthly cost 'c' in terms of the number of exceeded minutes 'm'.Solve the equation to find the cost when the number of exceeded minutes is 29. Write your answer as an ordered pair.
