Homework Help: computers and math PLEASE HELP

Please somebody do you know any websites that have virtual place value blocks for making decimals. Please make suer i can acctually make the decimal on the websites. Lastly make sure it s a websites that i can stay on for as longt as i want without the website saying that there is a limit.Help imedietly. Thank you
