what's with the "plus"? You have a "-" sign but no "+" sign?

3(2K-5)-K = 4-(3K+7)
6K-15-K = 4-3K-7
5K-15 = -3K-3
8K = 12
K = 3/2

check:
3(2(3/2)-5) - 3/2
= 3(3-5) - 3/2
= -6 - 3/2 = -15/2

4-(3(3/2) + 7)
= 4-(9/2+7)
= 4 - 23/2
= -15/2
