0.666667x = 21
Your answer will be more than 21.
this is confusing :(
this is how I am solving.
66 2/3 12
------- = -----
100 W
so i mulitiplyed 100x12= 2100.
and from here I don't know how to insert 66 2/3 into calculator.
2100 divided by 66.667?
the choice to answers are
14, 3.17, 315 and 31.5
I know for sure that 14 is not the answer. i get different answers everything i play with that 2/3. please help
66 2/3% = 200/300 = 2/3

(2/3)x = 21
times 3
2x = 63
divide by 2
x = 31.5

had your ratio been:
(66 2/3) / 100 = 21/w
it would have worked:
(200/3) / 100 = 21/w
(200/3)w = 100(21)
(200/3)w = 2100
times 3
200w = 6300
w = 6300/200 = 31.5
0.666667x = 21
x = 21/0.666667
x = 31.5
