h ' (z) = (2/7)z^(-5/7) - (5/8)z^-3/8
when z = 7
slope = (2/7)(7^-5/7) - (5/8)(7^(-3/8)
= 2/7^(12/7) - 5/(8(7^(3/8)))
= you do the button-pushing if you need a decimal answer
