an american bald eagle heads south at 3.2 m/s, but encounters a wind blowing from the east at.97 m/s by how many degrees will she be blown off course?

    X = Hor. = 0.97 m/s.
    Y = Ver. = 3.2 m/s.@ 270o.

    tanAr = 3.2/0.97 = 3.29897
    Ar = 73.1o = Reference angle.
    A = 180 + Ar = 180 + 73.1 = 253.1o

    Degrees off course = 270 - 253 = 17o.
