Homework Help: chemistry

I have been knocking around this question for what seems to be an eternity. We have not gotten that far in this class so this is for extra credit. I have managed to get myself confused about something that should be easy.
25mLof tartaric acid solution is titrated against 31mL of NH4OH. What is the normality of the NH4OH? Please explain in detail. My guess is N4
