First of all, which LEVEL of On y va are you using? And this IS the textbook and not the workbook? With out seeing that page or text, I'm not sure what the exact instructions/directions were. This is what you see:

then I assume it refers to those diseases mentioned.
1) cheese
2. plants
3. cold (rhinitis)
4) yogurt
5) contaminated rice
In case you aren't familiar with the 3 diseases:
rhinovirus = predominant cause of the human cold
lacotobacillus = friendly bacteria often found in the gastrointestinal tract, in yogurt
bacillus cereus = toxic often in food poisoning
