Which sentence below shows a contrast?

A) The Northeast has warm summers and cold, snowy winters.

B) Unlike the Northeast, the Southeast has hot, humid summers and mild winters.

C) The Southeast gets a great deal of rainfall, causing much humidity during the summer.

D) The Southeast region is called the Humid Subtropics.

I think the answer will be either A or B
can someone help?

It's definitely B. The other sentences only mention one section of the country.
