Homework Help: Math

Sorry guys but I cant seem to figure this out can you help me:)

Billy has 7 pears and Sally has 4 pears .
They have 11 pears all together
Hannah takes 1 pear from Billy and 1 pear from Sally . How many pears do they have all together now?
