Those are prefixes, not suffixes, aren't they? They come at the BEGINNING of words; here are some examples:
misplaced
misspelled
misstep
malevolent
malware
malady
immaterial
immerse
(2 different meanings in those two)
irrevocable
irretrievable
irresistible

All of these four prefixes will give a word a negative meaning or an opposite meaning to what the root word means.
