The first thing you need to do is to hit the Enter key two times in succession in several places:
after the greeting
between paragraphs
after the closing and before the name
Do that and repost. Then we'll see what else might be needed.

I hope you’re doing great. I made a lot of progress on updating those pricing sheet documents yesterday, and have just a few more items that I need to address before they can be considered finished. I'll be working on it today, along with the following items. I need to fix the formatting issues in the website, i.e., there are lines that are numbered when they shouldn’t be and there are words that should have spaces in between them but don’t. I also need to fix the formatting of the buttons on the website, and also need to update the contact us page. Lastly, I need to post the updated pricing sheet documents to the website. I do have some questions for you before I can move forward, though. Do you like the color sheme of the website as it is now? Also, what are your thoughts on changing the buttons from rectangular to circular? Do you want the pricing sheet on the front page of the website? Or elsewhere?

Almost. But you're hitting the Enter key only once. I mean it when I say twice!!
Also ... you should think about making bulletted lists. As it is, to cram all that information into one long paragraph will turn off most readers.

I'd remove "Lastly" since that is not at the end of the list.
I'd also correct the fragment in the 3rd bulletted item.
