*The digit in the thousands place is 3 times the digit in the ten thousands place
*The ones digit is a prime number
*The hundred digit is half the sum of the ones, thousands, and tan thousands digits
*The tens digit is the product of two other digits

ones is 2,3,5,7
no repeats, and the sum of 1,1000,1000 is even, so we have
