I'm not really getting this.

Linear system: 4x+4y=4
x: 0,1,2

for each value of x, substitute it into the equation and calculate y. Foe example
x=3
4(3) + 4y = 4
12 + 4y = 4
4y = 16
y = 4
do that for x=0,1,2 and you have your answer
