Long term habits of overeating, smoking, not exercising, poor dietary habits, inadequate sleep . . .
I would say sedentary lifestyle, diet, smoking, drinking, genetics are all challenges to over coming health and wellness. To overcome these you must change your habits, your lifestyle, the food that you eat and the amount of exercise that you do. This is a short version but you can go into detail explaining those things and how they can be changed to affect your overall well being.
