why is aerobic exercise the best exercise of total weight loss and fitness training?

    Aerobic exercise gives equal working out to all the parts of the body, in tune with a beat. Therefore, plain exercise may not work out different body areas with the same vigor and in the same time intervals that aerobic exercises do. Hence, they are more beneficial for symmetry is always more productive then non-symmetry.
