add the last two:
4x + 6y = 4
from the 1st: y = 22x
sub into above new equation:
4x + 6(22x) = 4
4x  12  12x = 4
8x = 8
x = 1
then y = 2+2 = 0
in the 2nd:
x+yz=4
1+0z=4
z=3
z=3
x=1
y=0
z=3
