You don't. A meter is a measure of length. A liter is a measure of volume. That's the same as trying to convert feet into gallons. It can't be done. You CAN convert cubic meters into liters. Go to google, type in 1.5 cubic meters to liters and hit the enter button. That will make the conversion for you.
