if you meant (9y)^18 ÷ (15y)^2
= "huge" y^16
( 9^18 = appr 1.1501 x 10^17
when that is divided by 225 we still have
6.67 x 10^14)
if you mean:
9y^18 ÷ (15y^2)
it would be (3/5)y^16
