let the other endpoint be (x,y)
then (x-4)/2 = -6
x-4 = -12
x = -8
(y+4)/2 = -5
y+4 = -10
y = -14
the other endpoint is (-8,-14)
check by taking the midpoint between
(-8,-14) and (-4,4)
