5x+2y=1
2 y = -5 x + 1
y = (-5/2) x + 1/2
so m, the slope = -5/2
y = (-5/2) x + b
4 = (-5/2)(-5) + b
8/2 = 25/2 + b
b = -17/2
so
y = (-5/2)x - 17/2
2 y + 5 x = -17
