First convert tsp to ml using
1 tsp = 5 ml.
so 3/4 tsp = (3/4)*5 = 3.75 ml.
So the prescription calls for
3.75 ml. of a suspension 125 mg/5ml
125 mg : 5 ml
X mg : 3.75 ml
By cross multiplication, we get
X=3.75*125/5=93.75 mg (twice a day)
