Ok, I see the real problem now. The roll is 33 1/3 yards LONG. What is the price for the roll?
Width=24in=24/36 yard=2/3 yard.
Area of cloth on the roll: length*width=
= 33 1/3 * 2/3=200/9 yards
cost of the roll=area*price/area
= 200/9 * 4.95 dollars=990/9=110 dollars
