KMnO4 + 2FeSO4 + H2SO4 ==> MnSO4 + H2O + Fe2(SO4)3 + K2SO4
2Fe atoms change from +4 on left to +6 on right.
Mn changes from +7 on the left to +2 on the right. Can you finish? The usual problem students have is they don't start with that preliminary 2 for FeSO4.
