I agree. Foreign investors are attracted to the U.S. because it is politically stable. These investors are assured that the companies will be taxed fairly and that the government won't steal their profits. The U.S. also has a skilled and stable work force, along with affluent consumers of the companies' products.

One more consideration -- the foreign companies probably will not have to bribe officials of the U.S.
