The phrase "my eye caught the shadow means" :

A. I saw the shadow out of the corner

B. My eye went and grabbed hold of a shadow

C. The shadow grabbed my eye

D. I saw a man standing at my side

Is A supposed to be "I saw the shadow out of the corner of my eye"?

Yea sorry typo .. I think it's A

because B and C are personification and D is referring to a man and it didn't say what kind of figure it was.
